INCLUSIONS

Accommodation in our self-catering chalet.
Firewood, Charcoal & Firelighters on arrival. Additional Firewood can be purchased at R20 per bag.
Use of the Lapa and Pool area.

PAYMENT TERMS

50% non refundable deposit required to secure booking.
Final payment either by EFT prior to arrival or cash on arrival.
No cheques are accepted and no credit card facilities are available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% deposit is non refundable.
0 – 7 days before booking, 100% cancellation fee will be levied.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel 7 days before arrival.
No shows will be charged 100% of the total price.
