  • Accommodation in your self-catering chalet.
  • Firewood, charcoal and firelighters on arrival.
  • Use of the lapa and pool area.
  • Additional firewood is available at R20 per bag.

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Pay the balance by EFT before arrival or in cash on arrival.
  • Credit card facilities are available on site.
  • Cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation

  • The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the total booking price.

Cancellation summary: Guests who cancel after reserving are charged 50% of the total price. If cancellation takes place within 7 days of arrival, the full booking price is charged.
